Hi Lee. I liked your 'Post season blues' article and also thought the Worlds was a real highlight of the year. I was so pleased that Sagan has the stripes, can't wait for the classics! One ride that I could watch over and over again though was Nibali's descent and win at Lombardy. What a ride! It brought back memories of Bettini when he'd just won the worlds and his brother had just been tragically killed. I always show non cyclists film of great descenders when they come out with comments on the theme that all cyclists are drug fuelled. No drugs can give a rider the skills and balls to drop down mountains like the best cyclists! Just wish he'd ride for a different team… All the best!

Thnks Steve, much appreciated! Yes agree, the descenders are artists indeed, I show my coaching clients Cancellara at the Tour that year when he had to make up the time to get back, amazing! Crank on and thanks for reading ;-)
